DEVELOPMENT OF MATHEMATICAL MODEL BASED SMART CONTROL SYSTEM FOR INTERMODAL CONTAINER TERMINAL LOADING STATION

Abstract


Increasing cargo flows in intermodal terminals play an increasing workload. In order to ensure competitive handling industrial processcontrol accuracy and security it is required to develop and improve intermodal transportation vehicles at the port. This paperpresents the quay crane dynamic mathematical model enabling a quay container crane operations management simulation, evaluatingspecific container settings. A mathematical model integrating together with the hardware capabilities has led to smart transport andhandling process management platform. Developed platform will allow researchers to implement intelligent transport managementand handling process demonstration models related to sustainable transport solutions.
