ELECTRONIC BROKERAGE FEATURES AND OPTIONS TO PROVIDE SERVICES IN THE FIELD OF CONSTRUCTION AND REPAIR

Abstract


The purpose of this article is to analyze the concept of virtual e. intermediaries as artificial agents, e. services and functionsperformed by intermediaries and to provide the classification of their functionality by model based on a case study of LithuanianSME activity in the area of construction and repair services. Examining of the e. intermediaries services to SME, evaluatingperformance, highlighting added value and benefits are in this article. SME‘s are more exposed to the lack of material and humanresources. These shortcomings are particularly high when business entities must timely and effectively adapt to rapidly changingbusiness conditions, reach new market segments, increase speed of decision-making as increasing the efficiency of operations. E.intermediaries could assist market transaction participants in the performance of routine operations under its current or an externalservice provider infrastructure (resources), thereby improving the individual SME entity a competitive advantage. Analyzedexamples of e. services and SMEs are demonstrated by the benefit of construction sector with the different operational scenarios.
